I couldn’t make 25 bags from scratch in that time so I bought some plain ones from target to use as the blank base. The Birthday girls mother heard about the bag and asked me to make one for every girl at the party. It was so much fun seeing her face light up when she saw the finished unicorn bag. I found the perfect fabric and got to work stitching it all together. I knew she wanted a unicorn backpack, so I got to work on designing one that would be perfect for her. I told her I would be happy to, and set to work right away. Recently, she asked me if I could make her a special backpack for a sleepover party she’s going to with her friends. She’s always been so full of energy and happiness, and I love spending time with her. My granddaughter is the light of my life.
